Our Carpentry Department is adding a Crew Leader position for the Siding and Deck Building team. If you're looking to move to one of the highest rated Central Oregon Companies, that's been around and will be around for a long-time, Webfoot is the place for you.
We're looking to hire a Craftsperson who has at least 2-3 years of Siding and/or deck building experience, and has lead a team successfully for at least a year, to come and experience the Webfoot Way!

To meet our minimum requirements, you must be:
  • A seasoned Siding Specialist/Deck Builder with at least 2+ years of verifiable experience.
  • A successful leader who can work alongside a crew to bring jobs in on-time, with superior quality results.

  • Ready to provide excellent customer service on every job, every day.
