- Identify problems before they become rework

- Determine material and tool needs before beginning a task

- Keep a second carpenter/helper productive

- Solve normal day-to-day remodeling problems independently

- Know when a condition requires clarification and communicate before changing the planned work

We are looking for someone dependable, organized, productive, and calm under pressure who takes pride in doing high-quality work.

This is a hands-on position. The Lead Carpenter works alongside the crew while also taking responsibility for daily jobsite production, quality, sequencing, and communication.

COMPENSATION:

$36-$40 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated ability.

Full-time position.
