Job description

We Don't Just Build. We Bring Homes Back to Life.

At Restoration 101, every day is different. One week you're rebuilding a home after a fire. The next you're restoring a family business after a flood or storm. We take damaged properties and make them better than they were before—and we're looking for someone who takes pride in doing work that actually matters.

We're searching for an experienced Lead Carpenter who knows how to lead from the front. Someone who isn't afraid to grab a tool, solve problems on the fly, keep projects moving, and build work they're proud to put their name on.

If you're the kind of carpenter who believes "good enough" isn't good enough, keep reading.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and work alongside a crew on residential and commercial restoration projects.
  • Frame, hang drywall, install trim, doors, flooring, cabinets, siding, decks—you name it.
  • Read plans, think ahead, and keep projects organized.
  • Solve problems in the field without waiting to be told what to do.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to keep jobs on schedule.
  • Maintain quality from start to finish.
  • Teach younger carpenters the right way to do things.
  • Keep the jobsite clean, safe, and professional.
  • Represent Restoration 101 with customers through honesty, communication, and craftsmanship.

What We're Looking For

You don't have to know everything...

But you do need to know your craft.

We're looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of carpentry experience
  • Leadership experience running crews or projects
  • Strong framing and finish carpentry skills
  • Drywall, flooring, trim, door and cabinet installation experience
  • Ability to read blueprints and work independently
  • Problem-solving skills that keep jobs moving
  • Pride in producing clean, quality work
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

The Kind of Person Who Fits Here

You...

✔ Show up.

✔ Work hard.

✔ Treat customers' homes like they're your own.

✔ Don't create drama.

✔ Take ownership.

✔ Want to get better every year.

✔ Care more about quality than excuses.

If that sounds like you, you'll fit in well here.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Paid Holidays
  • Paid Time Off
  • Company apparel
  • Professional tools and equipment
  • Ongoing training and advancement opportunities
  • A company that actually appreciates good craftsmen

Most importantly...

You'll work with a team that has each other's backs.
