We are seeking a skilled and dependable General Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in carpentry, electrical, painting, drywall, general home maintenance, and punch work. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and provides excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of home and property maintenance tasks, including:
• Carpentry, framing, trim, and finish work
• Basic electrical repairs and fixture installations
• Painting and drywall repair/finishing
• General punch-list and maintenance work
Run materials and supplies to job sites as needed to support ongoing projects.
Clean up and maintain all work areas, ensuring they are left in neat, professional conditions.
• Conduct job site assessments and communicate material or labor needs.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and the company vehicle in good condition.
• Interact courteously and professionally with customers and team members.
• Follow all company safety policies and maintain a drug-free work environment.
Qualifications
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in maintenance, construction, or handyman work.
• Knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, basic electrical, and installation work.
• Ability to lift and transport materials and tools as required.
