Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of carpentry techniques and be able to work efficiently and independently while maintaining the highest level of craftsmanship. This role requires expertise in both residential and commercial carpentry projects, including framing, trim work, cabinetry, and furniture building.

Responsibilities:

  • Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials for construction projects.
  • Install doors, windows, cabinets, and trim.
  • Build and install frameworks and structures, including partitions and staircases.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure work is completed on schedule.
  • Follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to meet design standards.
  • Ensure all work complies with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Perform finishing work like sanding, painting, and staining when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot and repair carpentry-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Carpenter (3+ years preferred).
