Carpenter Assistants are entry-level workers who help carpenters with tasks such as measuring materials, cutting wood, carrying supplies, and cleaning up job sites. They support skilled carpenters in the construction, repair, and installation of building frameworks and structures. Carpenter Assistants may also operate basic tools and equipment under supervision and learn the trade through hands-on experience.
