You'll join a collaborative, established team where administrative burdens are handled for you billing, credentialing, HR, compliance, and marketing so you can focus entirely on your patients. St. Joseph's Hospital, your primary practice home, is a nationally recognized cardiac center holding Comprehensive Stroke Center certification, Chest Pain Center accreditation, and Cardiac Arrest Receiving Center designation. If you're looking for clinical depth, institutional strength, and a culture that values physician autonomy, this is the opportunity.

Position Highlights

  • Specialty: General Cardiology, employed full-time with Carondelet Medical Group
  • Schedule: 3545 hours per clinic week
  • Hospital rotation: Shared 7-days-on rotation; no calls after 5 PM
  • Hospital duties: Consults, echocardiogram and EKG interpretation
  • Patient volume: Clinic census 2430 patients; hospital census 1025 patients
  • Dedicated structural heart team supporting high-risk patients, cardiogenic shock, structural/valvular disease, and STEMI/shock transfer management
  • Practice setting: Multi-provider physician and APP team; centralized professional services support

Candidate Requirements

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
  • Arizona medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
