Why Join Us

Carondelet Medical Group is a leading multispecialty organization in Southern Arizona with the infrastructure to back you up and the culture to let you focus on what matters — patient care. You'll step into an established urology practice fully equipped with standard urologic tools, a seasoned clinical team, and system-wide referral coordination already in place. • Average 25 patients per clinic day; 5–10 surgical cases per week
  • Supported by dedicated clinical staff and centralized referral and diagnostic coordination
  • In-house marketing, business development, billing, credentialing, and HR support — so you can focus on medicine, not administration

  • Malpractice insurance provided (with tail coverage)
