As a member of our community health clinic, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals dedicated to providing comprehensive care. • Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of clients, creating individualized therapy plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic sessions to groups, families, couples, and individuals, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address client concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive and holistic client care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with advancements in mental health treatment.

The client population served at Caring Family Psychiatric Medical Care primarily includes individuals and families with limited access to mental health resources. You will work with diverse groups experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Our goal is to empower clients by providing them with the tools and support they need to improve their overall mental health and well-being.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting is required.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) software and related technologies.

• Specializations in areas such as trauma-focused therapy, family therapy, couples counseling, or substance misuse will be highly regarded.
• Experience working with underserved populations or within community health settings is a plus.
• Previous participation in clinical supervision or mentorship is beneficial for your professional growth.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
