    Job description

    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    Bahama Bay Lodging is seeking a hard-working, energetic employee who is passionate about delivering on the promise of excellence in customer service. By providing personalized attention to guests and owners at Bahama Bay Resort in Davenport, FL, you will help maintain a quickly growing portfolio of vacation homes.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    โ€ข Act as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and occasionally owners within the local management office

    โ€ข Take incoming phone calls, make occasional outbound calls, and respond to emails or chats daily from guests with questions or concerns about a reservation, statement, or other matters

    โ€ข Assist with the creation and delegation of maintenance and housekeeping tickets (if applicable)

    โ€ข Verify unit availability to assist with scheduling vendor or realtor visits

    โ€ข Meet and maintain standards and metrics including guest satisfaction, accuracy, efficiency, and inquiry conversion to reservations

    โ€ข Identify potential owner leads from walk-ins or incoming calls and pass information to the Business Development Representative

    โ€ข Build and maintain business relationships and open lines of communication with internal support teams

    โ€ข Other duties as assigned - every day is different in hospitality!

    REQUIREMENTS:

    โ€ข Prior experience in a luxury hotel front desk or high-touch customer service environment preferred

    โ€ข Detail-oriented, service-driven, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments

    โ€ข Proficiency in property management and reservation systems preferred

    โ€ข Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    โ€ข Flexible availability including weekends and holidays may be required
