The Royal Caribbean Group's E-commerce Data and Analytics Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Lead, Business Analystreporting to the Sr. Manager, Global Digital Implementation
The position is onsite and based in Miami, Florida.
Position Summary:
This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of web analytics implementation for digital properties, ensuring accurate data capture, seamless integration, and continuous optimization of analytics solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of analytics tagging solutions across digital platforms - Accountable
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications - Consulted / Responsible
  • Maintain and enhance the web data layer to support scalable tracking and integrations - Responsible
  • Implement and support analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Tealium) ensuring proper integration and data flow - Responsible
  • Develop and execute QA processes (manual and automated) to validate tagging accuracy and data integrity - Accountable
  • Support A/B testing and personalization initiatives through proper technical implementation and measurement alignment - Responsible
  • Integrate behavioral data with CDPs and media platforms to enable attribution and audience activation - Responsible
  • Drive tagging governance, documentation, and process improvements across teams - Accountable
  • Manage multiple analytics implementation projects, prioritizing work to meet business deadlines - Accountable
  • Provide clear documentation and stakeholder communication regarding implementations and updates - Responsible

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
  • 5-8+ years of experience in web analytics implementation and digital data capture
  • Strong expertise with Adobe Analytics, Nice to have ( Adobe Target, and Tealium )
  • Deep knowledge of JavaScript, data layer architecture, tag management systems, and pixel tracking
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical tagging specifications
  • Hands-on experience with QA methodologies, debugging tools, and validation processes
  • Familiarity with CDPs, CRM integrations, and cross-channel data strategies
  • Working knowledge of SQL and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Analytics, Marketing, or similar)
