Role Description

We are looking for a Senior CargoWise & Freight Forwarding Process Consultant to join an active client project in the U.S. This is not simply a CargoWise configuration or technical support role. We are looking for a senior expert who deeply understands the freight forwarding business and operational processes and can advise our client on the right business process and operating model before translating the solution into CargoWise. The ideal candidate can work directly with operations, finance, customer service, and management teams to understand current processes, identify pain points and improvement opportunities, recommend practical solutions, and determine how CargoWise should enable the improved process.


Engagement: Consulting / Project-Based

Level: Senior Expert

Project: Client process and CargoWise assessment

Delivery: 2-day onsite workshop (Los Angeles, California ), with the remaining work performed remotely

Note: This is initially a short-term project engagement, with the potential to develop into a long-term (yearly or full-time hiring), ongoing engagement based on the assessment outcome.
