Class A CDL OTR Driver - Multiple Payment Options & 2023 Trucks (1099)

Freightage Inc. is looking for professional Class A CDL OTR drivers who value stability and elite equipment. We provide a true financial safety net and premium lanes to ensure you spend your time earning, not waiting.

The Freightage Guarantee

  • Starting Pay: $0.75 CPM.
  • Weekly Guarantee: $2,250 minimum (based on 3,000 miles, must be out 7 days).
  • Stability: You get paid your minimum even if shippers or the road slow down.
  • Detention Pay: Qualified detention pay ensures you are compensated fairly for delays.

Additional Incentives:

  • Veterans Fast-Track: Honorably discharged veterans start at $0.76 CPM immediately.
  • Quick Raises: Automatic up to +3 CPM bump after just 6 months for cooperating with safety protocols and respecting rules.
  • Reliable Pay: Weekly direct deposit every Thursday with cash advances available.

 

Earning Options & Growth (Owner Operator / Real Lease to Purchase / Be Your Own Boss)

We offer two distinct paths to maximize your gross earnings:

  • Option 1: 88% of Gross: Drivers are responsible for cargo and liability insurance at $350/week and trailer rent.
  • Option 2: 75% of Gross: Includes paid cargo and liability insurance plus free trailer rent.

Elite Equipment & Maintenance

  • Premium Fleet: Drive a late-model 2023 Freightliner Cascadia equipped with modern safety technology, bumper to bumper warranty 750,000 miles and reduced down time.
  • Maintenance: Mandatory min. 10 cents per mile maintenance fee applies to both pay options.
  • Lease-to-Own: 2023 units available for $89,900 or $980–$1,250 monthly for 18–24 months.

Bonuses & Perks

  • Clean Inspection Bonuses: Level 3 ($200), Level 2 ($300), Level 1 ($400).
  • Annual Safety Bonus: $1,000 for 12 months with no citations or cargo claims.
  • Referral Program: $500 bonus plus 1 CPM on your referral’s miles for one year.
  • Rider Policies: Passenger and pet programs are available.

Operational Details

  • Lanes: East Coast, Midwest, and South (No NYC, No West Coast).
  • Support: 24/7 dedicated dispatch and an in-house shop in Blue Island, IL.
  • Costs (Weekly): IFTA ($65), ELD service ($45), Tablet data ($40), Truck registration/2290 ($90), Truck physical damage/non-trucking liability ($148).
  • Deposits: Returnable ELD device ($240) and Tablet ($350).

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR experience within the last 3 years.
  • Safety: No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
  • Second Chances: We welcome SAP-completed drivers (including Step 6 for marijuana) and applicants with criminal records
