Job description

An exciting opportunity awaits for a British Airways Cargo Agent to gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, work collaboratively across teams and departments, and coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

Other duties include assist with processing returns and exchanges, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, provide excellent service to customers and team members, maintain accurate records and documentation, adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, along with manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, follow safety procedures and company policies, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues.
