Responsibilities:

  • Provide non-medical companion care to clients in their homes, including personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands

  • Engage in conversation, play games, and participate in activities that promote socialization and mental stimulation

  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Support clients with medication reminders and management

  • Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with family members and caregivers

  • Promote a safe and healthy environment for clients and their families

  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

About the Role:
