PCA/Caregiver/Home Health Aide Pay: $18-$21 per hour - based on availability and shifts accepted
PCA/Caregiver/Home Health Aide Shifts: ALL shifts available from 3 to 12 hours
Shifts are available in these towns: Acton, Arlington, Bedford, Belmont, Billerica, Burlington, Carlisle, Chelmsford, Concord, Groton, Lexington, Littleton, Lincoln, Lowell, Tewksbury, Westford, Wilmington, Winchester, and Woburn, MA.

As a PCA/Caregiver/Home Health Aide, you
  • Provide a variety of non-medical services that allow our elderly clients to stay in their homes.
  • Help elderly clients and their families meet the challenges of aging with dignity and compassion.
  • May provide safety assistance with showering, personal care, medication reminders, range of motion exercises, dementia care, housekeeping, and companionship to our elderly.
  • You don't have to be a gourmet chef, but you may prepare or assist with preparation of basic meals for your elderly client.
  • May run errands, take your elderly client to appointments, and provide companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, games, cards etc.
  • Will be awake and alert even on overnight shifts to assist our elderly clients.
