A serene sanctuary, Amangiri's 34 modernist suites, Aman Spa and mesa-embracing pool echo the tranquillity of the canyons. Camp Sarika, with its 10 tented pavilions, answers the region's call to adventure. An unrivalled base for exhilarating expeditions and fireside connection, the camp has its own restaurant, lounge and spa suites.

With its breathtaking views and world-class amenities, our property promises a tranquil retreat for guests, blending exceptional service with immersive experiences. Role

We are looking for a dynamic Experience Advisor to join our team at Amangiri. This pivotal role is responsible for coordinating, presenting, and booking activities, services, and special occasions throughout the property. The Experience Advisor will work directly with our guests to create bespoke experiences, ensuring that every detail is considered, and every need is met with grace and precision. This role requires a passion for service and a deep commitment to making each guest's stay extraordinary. Based in Canyon Point, Utah, this position reports to the Experience Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage in the sales and booking of guest activities, spa services, dining options, and special occasion requests.

  • Communicate with guests via phone, email, and in-person to build personalized itineraries for future arrivals and in-house guests.

  • Ensure that all events are confirmed and reconfirmed for the following day, coordinating with the transportation, spa, and food & beverage teams to ensure seamless execution.

  • Maximize guest satisfaction and ensure the smooth running of events, while also working to meet financial and budget targets.

  • Identify opportunities to increase activity revenue by upselling services and experiences to guests.

  • Collaborate with Reservations, Guest Services, Food & Beverage, and the Front Office to keep everyone informed and ensure any changes are effectively communicated.

  • Take full ownership of guest interactions and follow up with guests during their stay to ensure all requests are fulfilled to perfection.

  • Build a rapport with guests by taking the time to engage with them throughout their stay.

  • Provide feedback and suggest improvements to our activities and programs in collaboration with the Guest Services Manager.

  • Propose and help implement new services and experiences to ensure our offerings are diverse and cater to all guests, regardless of age or physical ability.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with both guests and colleagues.

  • High attention to detail, ensuring that every guest request is met with precision.

  • Proven success in coordinating and managing guest activities and events.

  • Ability to always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, in line with company policies.

  • Capability to carry, push, and pull up to 45 lbs., and to work in various climates, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow.

  • A self-motivator with the ability to inspire and support others in the team.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive professional relationships.

  • A clean driving record is required.

  • Multilingual skills are a plus.

  • Flexibility to assist other departments and take on special projects as required.
