Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support a Federal Government client.

Sr. Program Manager
Description:
  • Shall appoint and maintain a Program Manager (PM) for this TO and its associated TIs.
  • Shall be the primary POC for all work performed under the TO.
  • Shall provide the management necessary to ensure efficient and effective administration and control of each TI.
  • Shall manage tasks to meet cost, schedule, and performance of each TI.
  • Shall inform the COR of any performance, schedule, cost, or other concerns that may adversely affect the performance of any TI.
  • Shall be prepared at all times to present and discuss the status of TO activities, requirements, and issues.
  • Shall provide a monthly status report to document work progress and status of the program, assigned tasks, costs, and existing or potential problem areas.
  • A list of deliverables and Trip/Travel Report shall be provided along with the task order status report.

Job Requirements
Required qualifications:
  • Ten (10) years of experience planning, organizing, directing, and controlling programs to meet objectives, including experience working with US Government organizations.
  • Five (5) years of experience as a manager of a team of skilled professional, technical, and support personnel.

Desired qualification:
  • Five (5) years of experience in supporting unmanned systems programs.

Required education:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Math, Physical Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Managerial field.

Security Clearance:
  • Security clearance required SECRET level.

Location:
  • Norfolk, VA.
