Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to both internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers) and external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners).
Receiving and Documenting: Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
Loading and Unloading: Load and unload delivery vehicles.
Inventory Management: Keep an inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.
Safety Standards: Uphold environmental health and safety standards.
Product Scanning: Scan products to ensure they are shipped to the right destination.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal customers for the delivery of products.
Task Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently as well as part of a team.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in warehouse operations.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal (teambuilding) skills.
Customer Service: Proven commitment to customer service and a safe working environment.
