Position Summary:
Supervises and manages RNs, LPNs and CNAs. Manages all staff when in charge of building. This position evaluates available resources and delegates appropriately to assure quality outcomes of care. This position also directs and implements the nursing process. This includes systematic data collection, assessment, and implementation of care plan and revision of plan. The RN Supervisor manages and supervises the care of residents through a well-defined care delivery system.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
  • Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.
  • Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.
