Personal Care Home Administrator

Job Summary:

At Rochester Manor + Viila, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Home Administrator to join our team in Rochester, PA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality care and well-being of our residents. About the Role:

The Personal Care Home Administrator is responsible for managing the daily operations of our personal care home, working closely with our dedicated team to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the administration and management of the personal care home, including staff scheduling, staffing ratios, and resident care planning

  • Coordinating with our care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each resident's unique needs are met

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, services, and concerns

  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and staff members

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards

  • Identifying and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise, and implementing solutions to maintain a positive and comfortable environment

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a PCHA (with the ability to learn and grow with our team)

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff members

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Valid certifications, licenses, or registrations as required by state and federal regulations
