We Are Hiring

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Facility: Columbia St. Mary's Milwaukee

Department/Speciality: Cardiac Cath Labs

Schedule: Days  l  Full-time

What You Will Do
  • Patient Preparation: Review medical histories and prepare patients for procedures by cleaning, shaving, or numbing testing sites and ensuring proper positioning.
  • Clinical Monitoring: Observe patients before, during, and after procedures, promptly reporting any abnormal findings or changes in condition to the medical team.
  • Testing & Analysis: Conduct diagnostic tests, interpret results, and identify recording errors or artifacts to ensure accurate data reporting.
  • Equipment & Lab Upkeep: Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring all tools function correctly and following lock/tag out safety protocols for malfunctions.
What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • One or more of the following required:
    • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Cardiographic Tech specializing in Electrophysiology credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
