About Carolina Heart Specialists
Carolina Heart Specialists is an established cardiovascular practice serving patients throughout the Greater Charlotte and Lancaster communities. Our team of seven physicians provides comprehensive cardiovascular care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Lancaster, South Carolina. This is a full-time outpatient cardiology opportunity offering a Monday-Friday schedule with no call responsibilities.
Located approximately 25 minutes from Charlotte, Lancaster offers convenient access to the Charlotte metro area while providing the benefits of living and working in South Carolina.
Position Overview
  • Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Outpatient general cardiology
  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • No call responsibilities
  • Established practice with a collaborative team of cardiologists and APPs
  • W-2 employed position

Qualifications
  • Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • 2+ years of direct cardiology experience strongly preferred
  • Active, unrestricted license or ability to obtain South Carolina licensure
  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality patient care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach
