Job description

Top AmLaw 100 law firm seeks an associate to join the Health Care & Life Sciences practice in their Chicago office.


Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and possess expertise in those aspects of health regulatory law applicable to the development and commercialization of FDA-regulated products including FDA regulatory matters, fraud and abuse, advertising and promotion, and clinical research. Experience negotiating commercial agreements is preferred but not required. 


Candidates should possess strong academic credentials and have excellent communication and writing skills. Juris Doctorate degree required. Admission to practice law in Illinois is preferred, but admission in one of the following jurisdictions is mandatory: California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Texas, or Washington, DC.
