Job description

Cardiovascular Sonographer- Cardiovascular Center
Description:
Perform echocardiograms, stress echo, TEE, carotid duplex, peripheral arterial and venous duplex of upper and lower extremities
Lower extremity arterial bypass
Pre-surgical vein mapping both upper and lower extremities
Renal artery and mesenteric duplex exams
Will shadow senior technologists to learn more advanced procedures that include, but are not limited to intraoperative scanning, duplex studies of dialysis accesses, HERO grafts and renal artery bypass
Experience/Education:
Graduate of a CVT Program
Applicants registered through the Association of Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) and/or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) are preferred, but must at least be eligible to take the Registry exam as administered by ARDMS and/or CCI at the earliest opportunity.
