About Pulse Heart Institute

MultiCare’s Pulse Heart Institute is a physician led institute with multi-specialty partnership with Cardiothoracic surgery, vascular and cardiovascular service lines. Our team and state-of-the-art programs create a world-class health care organization and the destination center for cardiac, thoracic, and vascular care with complex structural heart disease and interventions, advanced heart failure service as well as advanced imaging with cutting edge technologies.

This position will keep you engaged rounding in the hospital, first-assist in the OR and clinic time.

• Team of eight surgeons and eight advanced practitioners.
• Our vascular surgery team serves patients at the MultiCare campuses in Tacoma, Puyallup and Auburn. This position will be primarily based out of Tacoma but will require some travel between facilities during the week and while on call.
• Job duties include inpatient management (daily rounds and consults) and as an OR first assistant with some clinic coverage.
• The PA/NP who joins our team will gain experience in management of aneurysmal disease, peripheral arterial disease, carotid disease, varicose veins, and dialysis access.

FTE: 1.0 Shift: Day Schedule: M-F

Base Compensation: $130,748.00 - 175,021.00 plus eligibility for performance bonus and call pay
