Rate:
$3,000 daily rate
-weekend long-term locum tenens assignment providing comprehensive cardiac care

JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking a provider specializing in Cardiology. The position offers coverage from Sunday through Saturday, including both hospital and clinic call responsibilities.
6a-6a inpatient and call, no clinic
The inpatient team is supported by three (3) inpatient Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) who work alongside and assist the inpatient cardiology provider.
The facility currently uses Cerner as its Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Required Procedures and Skills:  
Echocardiography
Treadmill stress tests
Chemical stress tests
Ability to interpret the above diagnostic studies
Rates to Submit:
Orientation - 1/2 of hourly rate for orientation and training
24hr on call - 8 hours of gratis for Friday 
Weekend 24hr call - 4 hours of Gratis
Call Back 
24hr Holiday - 1.5x
Holiday Call Back 1.5X
Conversion Fee
Reverse invoicing - Provider must uses DocTime as of 7/1 to clock in and clock out. 
No lodging booked through 3rd party websites, ie expedia, kayak, etc
McLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodging
Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel & Expense policy between McLaren Health Care & AHSA.

e. Hep B - titer with quantifiable numbers or declination 
f. MMR - vaccine series or titers with quantifiable numbers
g. Varicella -  vaccine series or titers with quantifiable numbers
h. TDAP - adult vaccine (within the last 10 years)
