Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans to monitor client progress and adapt as necessary.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The therapist in this role will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Our patient population is primarily drawn from the Corpus Christi area, where we serve individuals from a variety of backgrounds and socio-economic statuses. Understanding the unique needs of our clients is critical to delivering impactful treatment.

Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
  • Minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling or a related mental health field is required.
  • Familiarity with community mental health resources and effective therapeutic modalities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective client engagement and documentation.
