CompensationFull-Time Compensation

Weekday Coverage

  • $50.00 per wRVU
    For personally performed diagnostic radiology services on weekdays

  • wRVU Bonus Greater than 10,000

Weekend Coverage

  • $4,900 per 8-hour shift

  • $6,700 per 11-hour shift

Hourly Weekend Rate for Partial Coverage Only

  • $610 per hour
    Applies only when the full 8-hour or 11-hour weekend shift is not worked

Full-time compensation is subject to applicable modifiers and Beacon Radiology policies.

Per Diem Compensation
  • $350 per hour

Per diem coverage applies to scheduled shifts that are not classified as full-time assignments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform remote diagnostic radiology interpretations in accordance with current standards of care

  • Collaborate professionally with referring clinicians, hospital partners, and internal leadership

  • Comply with medical staff bylaws, hospital requirements, and Beacon Radiology standards

  • Maintain all licensure, board status, certifications, and CME requirements

  • Support quality-driven patient care through reliable, consistent remote coverage

Qualifications
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology

  • Active, unrestricted New Jersey medical license

  • Ability to provide high-quality remote interpretations independently

  • Strong communication skills and comfort working in a tele-radiology environment

  • Prior tele-radiology experience preferred
