The Monitor Technician is responsible for the on-going surveillance of patient cardiac monitors/remote telemetry and provides RN's and/or clinicians with immediate notification of any changes in cardiac rhythms.  


REQUIRED

  1. Successful completion of a basic arrhythmia course or equivalent coursework with a passing score.
  2. Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
  3. Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units
