Clinical Specialist – Cardiac Medical Device

Position Overview
We are partnering with a growing medical device company focused on advancing innovative solutions for patients with complex cardiac conditions. The Clinical Specialist will provide clinical and technical support to physicians, hospital teams, and patients while helping ensure successful procedures and optimal outcomes.

This role is ideal for a clinically driven professional with cardiac device experience who enjoys working directly with physicians, supporting procedures, and educating healthcare teams in a hospital environment.

Responsibilities

· Provide clinical support during procedures, implants, and follow-up visits

· Work directly with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff to support patient care

· Educate clinical teams on device technology, procedures, and best practices

· Assist with clinical studies, documentation, and data collection as needed

· Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for healthcare providers

· Partner with sales teams to support customer relationships and account growth

· Maintain strong knowledge of cardiac device therapies and competitive technologies

· Travel throughout an assigned territory to provide case coverage and customer support

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent clinical experience

· Cardiac device certification or pacemaker training required

· Experience working with physicians and healthcare teams in a clinical setting

· Background in cardiac rhythm management, electrophysiology, cardiovascular devices, or related specialties preferred

· Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment

· Willingness to travel approximately 75%, including occasional weekends

Compensation & Benefits

· Base Salary: $90-110k
