Travel Registered Nurse (Cath Lab) – Glenwood Springs, CO (Travel RN Assignment)

Cath Lab RN (Travel RN) – Glenwood Springs, CO | 13-week cardiac cath lab assignment with competitive weekly pay. Join an experienced interventional cardiology team in a state-of-the-art hybrid Cath Lab in the heart of the Colorado Rockies.

Job Details
  • Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado (81601) — Colorado travel nursing, Rocky Mountains
  • Assignment Length: 13 weeks (May 12, 2026 – August 11, 2026)
  • Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,550 – $2,680 (Travel RN / Cath Lab RN competitive pay)
  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Shifts: 4 x 10-hour shifts per week, rotating weekends and rotating evening/weekend call
  • On-Call: 30-minute callback radius required
  • Setting: Cardiac Cath Lab / Hybrid Cath Lab (includes pre- and post-procedure areas); experience with interventional cardiology and EP is highly valued
Required Qualifications (Cath Lab RN / Travel RN)
  • Active Colorado RN license, Compact RN license, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
  • Current BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Minimum 3 years of Cath Lab/EP RN experience; interventional cardiology and vascular or CVOR experience preferred
  • Proven experience circulating and providing patient care pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure
  • Proof of current seasonal flu vaccination (mandatory; no declinations accepted)
  • Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility (travel nursing eligibility requirement)
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality cardiovascular nursing care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
  • Provide care during pre-procedure assessment, intra-procedure monitoring, and post-procedure recovery in accordance with ANA Standards of Nursing Practice
  • Circulate and assist in Cath Lab and Hybrid Cath Lab settings, supporting interventional cardiology and electrophysiology (EP) cases
  • Collaborate with cardiologists, technologists, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and procedural efficiency
  • Participate in rotating on-call schedule and respond within a 30-minute callback radius
