About the Role:
The UPS Store #1982 in El Paso, TX is looking for a motivated and friendly Store Associate to join our team! Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and other in-store services
  • Process and handle incoming and outgoing packages accurately and efficiently
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card transactions
  • Be knowledgeable in Adobe Print Programs (Photoshop, InDesign and Canva) also, be able to print, copy, scan and fax document services for customers
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries in a professional manner
  • Support notary, mailbox, and freight shipping services as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail, customer service, or shipping experience preferred
  • Bilingual strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new software
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy store environment
