Position Summary

At Z Cafe, we are looking for energetic, hospitality-driven individuals who are passionate about creating a welcoming and elevated guest experience. Team Members will support daily cafe operations through beverage preparation, food service, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service while contributing to a positive and fast-paced team environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation

  • Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
  • Craft high-quality matcha-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
  • Ensure consistency in drink preparation following company recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station
  • Receive and process customer payments via credit card

Store Cleanliness & Maintenance

  • Clean and sanitize counters, equipment, and customer areas throughout the shift
  • Sweep and mop to maintain a clean space for guests
  • Ensure proper upkeep of workstations, utensils, and storage areas
  • Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Serve and prepare food items
  • Ensure food quality and freshness while maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Assist with general cleaning, including taking out trash and maintaining store hygiene
  • Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
  • Support other team members to ensure smooth store operations
  • Deliver food and drink orders from the counter to customers promptly and accurately
