Job description

We're a sports card shop specializing in box breaks done over entertaining live video streams. Our customers are the heart of our business and we treat them like family. We're looking for a Fulfillment Specialist to prepare our orders with love and help support our growing business.

If you're looking to earn extra income by filling specific gaps in your schedule, our scheduling flexibility allows you to work only when it works for you! Whether you're a student, raising a family, or working on a career transition, we understand the bigger picture and can help you get there.

Responsibilities

  • Sort cards by team
  • Place notable cards in penny sleeves and/or top loaders
  • Carefully package orders for shipment
  • Light cleaning to keep workspace tidy
  • Occasionally listing singles for sale on various marketplaces including our website.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation is a must
  • Positive attitude and willingness to accept and apply feedback
  • Ability to stay focused and maintain pace throughout shift
  • Being nice to our company dog (his name is RZA)

What you'll love

  • Flexible schedule. You'll set your own schedule a week in advance and choose shifts that fit your schedule - morning, afternoon or night with availability all the way up until 10pm.
  • Attitude matters, not experience. No prior fulfillment experience is needed, only a positive attitude. We'll teach you everything you need to know within your first couple shifts.
  • Get paid weekly. We know sometimes cash flow is stressful, so you'll be paid once per week.
  • Product allowance. You'll receive a monthly allowance to take home $50 worth of any sealed product from our tantalizing inventory, including product you can't find in stores. You'll also get first dibs on any singles listed (or to be listed) for sale at 20% off.
  • Fun subject matter. With some jobs, the clock can't go any slower. But if you're a sports or collectibles enthusiast, the hours will fly by!
  • Exciting times. Our business is scaling rapidly. You'll witness it first hand and be in position to grow into a larger role.

Applying

To apply, reply with your resume and a short response about why you'd be a great addition to our team.
