  • Business development and relationship-building strengths, including the ability to identify opportunities, develop partnerships, and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  • Sales and revenue-origination capabilities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, managing a pipeline, and driving opportunities toward commercial close.
  • Financial modeling and quantitative analysis proficiency, with the ability to evaluate project economics, pricing structures, and value drivers.
  • Negotiation and persuasive presentation skills, including experience developing proposals, leading discussions, and supporting commercial deal execution.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, etc.), with strong Excel skills for modeling and analysis.

Qualifications:
  • 3-7+ years of experience in renewable energy, project development, business development, origination, or power markets.
  • Experience supporting or participating in commercial negotiations.
  • Experience in M&A, revenue contracting, or structured energy transactions.
  • Understanding of U.S. power markets and renewable-energy commercial structures.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.

Travel & Time Commitment:

This range reflects the target level for this hire; however, we may consider candidates at other career levels depending on experience. Final title and compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity.
  • Comprehensive benefit package includes health, dental, & vision insurance; short-term & long-term disability coverage; life insurance; 401(k) & employer match; parental leave; paid time off, sick leave, and holidays; access to an EAP; and education, parking, and gym membership stipends
