Job description

Experienced Air Compressor & Automotive Equipment Technician

Are you looking to grow your skills while increasing your income? We offer a Tool Program to help you build what you need for success.

We are a leading Rotary Lift distributor seeking an experienced Air Compressor and Automotive Equipment Technician to support our expanding customer base. This role focuses on efficiently installing, servicing, inspecting, and repairing automotive lifts, air compressors, and a wide range of shop equipment.

A 90-day performance review includes the opportunity for a pay increase.

Key Responsibilities

This full-time position includes installation, service, and inspection of:

  • Automotive lifts (in-ground and above-ground)
  • Hydraulic power units and piping
  • Fluid distribution systems
  • Compressed air systems
  • Overhead shop fans and exhaust systems

Additional responsibilities:

  • Service air compressors, air piping, and air dryers
  • Troubleshoot electrical components (contactors, relays, overloads, transformers, capacitors)
  • Install and maintain pneumatic pumps, regulators, and related equipment
  • Service bulk oil delivery systems (manual and computer-based)
  • Maintain and install piping systems (carbon steel, PVC, aluminum, galvanized)
  • Service bulk oil tanks and used fluid storage systems with electronic alarms

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of mechanical and basic electrical experience
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred:

  • Experience with ServiceTitan

Candidates with experience in mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulics, pipe fitting, electrical diagnostics, commercial compressors, and equipment maintenance will excel in this role.
