What Role You Will Play on Our Team

The Organization Development and Effectiveness Advisor is a strategic partner responsible for driving organizational performance through effective diagnosis, change management, organizational design, and team/leader effectiveness initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to influence how a global enterprise evolves, working directly with business leaders to solve complex organizational challenges and shape the future of the organization. Partner with senior leaders to reimagine organizational models and drive enterprise-wide transformation across a global business. Design operating models, team structures, and ways of working that enable business performance and position the organization for future success.

What You Will Do

Organization Diagnosis

  • Apply structured methodologies (e.g., 5 Star, Congruence, Systems Thinking) to lead organization diagnostics.
  • Leverage organization data to bring forward key insights to senior leaders and HR
  • Develop enhanced tools, methodologies and measurements to increase diagnostics effectiveness
