You will assist the Manager and Assistant Manager with overall site operation with emphasis on customer service, site maintenance, sales and wash volume, quality, and performance.
  
Job Duties:
  • Fulfill and promote the company’s mission and values (represented by the WASH acronym).
  • Assist the Manager and Assistant Manager with overall site operation.
  • Strive to surpass customer expectations.
  • Capability to perform any of the positions staffed at the wash.
  • Serve as the responsible party for customer, equipment, and staff issues that arise when other management is not on the premises.
  • Assist in training and coaching the wash team to emulate company safety, customer relations, and wash procedures and to comply with all company policies.
  • Complete opening and closing duties.
  • Help maintain a clean, attractive, safe facility.
  • Comply with safety standards and be an example for all team members.
  • Handle cash transactions/deposits ethically, efficiently, and accurately.
  • Comply with RocketFast! Employee Handbook.
  • Other responsibilities and tasks as necessary.
