Industrial Service Technician

WhiteWater Express is seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Field Service Technicians to support one of the fastest-growing car wash platforms in the country. With locations across multiple states and continued growth nationwide, we're looking for skilled, driven technicians who take pride in solving problems, working with their hands, and keeping equipment running at peak performance.
As an Industrial Maintenance Field Service Technician, you'll be part of a fast-paced team responsible for maintaining and repairing advanced car wash systems across your assigned market. Every day brings new challenges, new equipment, and opportunities to grow your technical skills.
What You'll Do
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial car wash equipment
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems
  • Diagnose and repair low- and high-voltage electrical systems, including 3-phase power and control wiring
  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
  • Complete scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs across multiple locations
  • Work closely with operations teams and fellow technicians to maintain safe, fully operational sites
  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and new site openings
  • Utilize CMMS systems to document repairs, parts usage, and maintenance history
  • Maintain company inventory, tools, and replacement parts
  • Follow OSHA, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and company safety standards at all times
  • Supports 5-6 carwash locations.
What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of industrial, automotive, or commercial maintenance experience
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems
  • Knowledge of:
    • 3-phase electrical systems
    • Motors, relays, contactors, and control wiring
    • Hydraulics and pneumatics
    • Pumps, valves, plumbing, and mechanical assemblies
  • VFD and PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
  • Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in tight spaces
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance with a clean driving record required
  • Flexible schedule with occasional nights, weekends, and on-call responsibilities
