Field Service Lead – Driving Excellence in Turnkey Car Wash Solutions


Job Overview:

The Opportunity:

You will serve as a versatile technical leader, mastering the installation and maintenance of complex automated car wash systems. This role offers you the autonomy to solve diverse mechanical and electrical challenges while helping a growing business deliver elite service to customer partners.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Execute high-quality installations and diagnostic repairs of industrial car wash equipment with minimal supervision.
  • Troubleshoot complex electrical systems ranging from 12VDC to 480VAC to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
  • Coordinate periodic maintenance schedules to improve system reliability and reduce long-term customer costs.
  • Manage detailed digital service records and technical failure reports using provided mobile technology packages.
  • Consult with business partners on system operations and equipment upgrades to enhance their revenue potential.
  • Adapt to evolving on-site challenges by applying expertise across plumbing, pneumatics, and light carpentry.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial electrical troubleshooting or field service.
  • Proven proficiency with three-phase power (208VAC–480VAC) and control circuits.
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed electrical diagrams and mechanical exploded views.
  • Physical capacity to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a demanding industrial environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate digital reporting and communication tools.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Prior experience specifically within the commercial car wash installation and service industry.
  • Advanced background in HVAC, industrial maintenance, or mechanical assembly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
