Real Estate Photographer - Contract work available
CURB360™ is a fast growing real estate media company in Houston! We are actively looking for real estate photographers to be able to book consistent work. We are looking for people who are readily available during the week and possible Saturdays. If you have experience shooting real estate working with CURB360™ offers a great way to earn income during the week. Must have professional equipment, and experience shooting real estate photography.
We're looking for photographers that can perform a wide range of services including the following:
  • HDR Photography and other media services if available for apartments & homes scheduled by our internal team.
  • Meets agents, homeowners on-site or a lock box and performs photo sessions.
  • Take HDR Photos of interior and exteriors of homes
  • Ensure quality HDR photo composition, angles, and positioning of the space taken.
  • Upload Raw HDR images or video to our cloud services.
  • Independently operates, maintains, and sets up all photography, video, audio, and lighting equipment. Displays comprehensive knowledge of all equipment used.
  • Possesses a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative and be proactive.
  • Is comfortable working with a diverse range of different personalities and can accept constructive feedback.
  • Able to follow image guide lines which include exposure, HDR bracketing, composition, upload process requirements.

Requirements
MUST have HDR Real Estate Photography experience.
Videography, Aerial Photography, 3D Matterport, Zillow3D experience are a plus and will ensure more bookings for you.
Must have reliable transportation and required equipment to meet the job expectations.
  • Have experience in Real Estate Photography and/or a strong portfolio in Real Estate Media.
  • Provide a digital portfolio during the interview process
  • W9, COI and NDA signed by all contractors
  • Have good working internet. Having a fast up speed will greatly improve efficiency.
  • Proficient using specialized software such as Adobe Bridge or Light-room.
  • Demonstrate the ability to use a DSLR camera for producing videos and taking HDR photographs under our brand guidelines. Please note that your DSLR camera must have the ability to shoot in AEB mode and features a wide-angle lens.
  • If providing video services Professional Video equipment with a professional setup and gimbal.
  • If you are providing aerial services, you must have an FAA Part 107 license and insurance is required before being booked for any jobs.
  • Have insurance and liability coverage for business and car insurance.
  • Have a DBA or a registered business.
