is the trusted source in specialty hot rod restoration on the East Coast. If you’ve ever picked
up a hot rod magazine, walked a car show, or checked out the local cruise scene, chances are
you’ve seen the work of auto designer Robert Masi. A fixture in the hot rod world for over 40
years, Masi and his shop, Masi’s Musclecar Garage, have taken their hot rod hobby and
nurtured it into an efficient and thriving business. Located under the same roof as Paradise
Road Speed and Custom, this 10,000 square foot facility was built on the basis of servicing all
levels of car enthusiasts. Inside Masi’s Musclecar Garage, you’ll find a business that takes a
great amount of pride in our customers, our innovation, and craftsmanship.
POSTION SUMMARY KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The Retail Parts Specialist will support all areas of sales, customer service, store
appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management
responsibilities.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
 Ability to grasp ideas/tasks quickly with good organizational skills.
 Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
 Ability to handle multiple customer task related activities under time pressure while
working independently.
 Computer Skills: internet familiarity and MS office suite.
 Must be able to sit and/or stand during an 8 hour shift.
 Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
 Ability to listen and understand customer concerns.
 Ability to diagnose customer needs thoroughly, and when needed, get assistance from
another Masi’s Musclecar Garage team member.
 Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail customers.
 Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member
execution on customer service initiatives.
 Support the company telephone when answering telephone.
 Ensure all buy online/ship to store orders are processed in a timely manner and customers
are contacted upon shipment arrivals as needed.
 Ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed in an efficient and friendly manner,
refunds are issued accurately using the correct payment methods, and returned merchandise is
processed or staged in the returns area correctly.

 Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store.
 Ensure that all phone and e-mail messages are responded to the same day.
 Perform all store opening/closing duties, including performing day end procedures,
verifying/securing money/deposits according to company policy, preparing bank deposits
as needed, ensuring all night security lights are on, locking doors, securing building, and
arming/disarming security alarms.
 Ensure all customer facing marketing material is current.
 Foster professional relationships with all vendors.
 All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3-5 years prior experience with retail parts counter.
• Knowledge of automotive parts for American classic and muscle cars.
• Familiarity with high performance applications.
• Experience as an Automotive Techniction.
