  • Support customer retention and satisfaction

Sales & Revenue Development:

  • Promote memberships and repeat business
  • Train staff on upselling services
  • Support promotional campaigns
  • Build fleet and commercial relationships

Marketing & Community Engagement:

  • Participate in local events and outreach
  • Distribute promotional materials
  • Support social media and marketing initiatives
  • Represent the business professionally in the community

Mobile Detailing Coordination:

  • Schedule mobile jobs
  • Prepare and supervise mobile teams
  • Visit customer and fleet locations when needed

Facility Management:

Ensure all areas remain clean, organized, and professional, including:

  • Service bays
  • Lobby and waiting areas
  • Restrooms
  • Detail and vacuum areas
  • Chemical storage
  • Parking lot and exterior grounds
First 90 Days Expectations

Days 1–30: Learn & Audit Understand employees, systems, inventory, procedures, and current challenges.

Days 31–60: Implement Improve scheduling, accountability, training, facility standards, and customer service.

Days 61–90: Stabilize & Grow Show measurable progress in operations, sales, memberships, labor efficiency, and SOP execution.

  • Experience with revenue metrics or business performance
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to meet applicable pre-employment requirements
  • Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule
What Success Looks Like

A successful General Manager will create an operation where:
