Job description

Job Title: Car Service Driver/Bellman - Liberty Hill
Department: Transportation
Reports to: Transportation Director
Hours: Morning weekend shifts
Pay: $15/hr plus service charge
Responsibilities:
Car Service
• Safely transport hotel guests and members to and from designated locations.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety, and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow all traffic laws and company transportation policies.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage and personal belongings.
• Maintain accurate trip logs and fill out car service chits
• Follow all rules and house policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Other duties are to be determined.
Bellman
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and transportation.
• Shuttle guests back and forth from the Lodge, Golf Club and Lafayette complex
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities and services.
• Respond quickly and professionally to guest inquiries and special requests.
• Ensure a positive first and last impression for all guests.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive and welcoming attitude.
• Must stand for long periods of time (4 hours).
• Must be able to lift 10 pounds to help with carrying food or drink trays.
• Must be able to go up and down stairs
