JL Massa Collision is one of the most trusted auto repair facility in the Western MA area with over 25 years’ service to the local community, and we’re seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team! A certified company with the Better Business Bureau, JL Massa provides a range of automotive services performed by the industry’s top professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

  • Complete all aspects of the collision repair process
  • Perform vehicle inspection to identify necessary repairs
  • Experience with commercial vehicle repairs (trucks & busses) a plus
  • Provide and maintain a basic inventory of required hand tools
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years full time experience
  • Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Possess a strong team spirit
