Description
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Car Rental Agents to join our team in St. George, Utah. This position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers with vehicle rentals, and ensuring a smooth rental experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and assist with rental reservations, contracts, and vehicle returns.
  • Explain rental policies, vehicle features, and optional products.
  • Upsell protection plans, vehicles, and other products/services.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals.
  • Assist with cleaning and detailing cars for next rental.
  • Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Coordinate vehicle availability and fleet assignments.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Support daily branch operations and maintain a professional appearance of the facility.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
