We are looking for a ย customer-focused rental agents to join our team. Unlike airport operations, this position serves local customers seeking reliable transportation solutions.

This role combines customer service, vehicle coordination, and sales support.ย 

The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, stays organized under pressure, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.


Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with reservations, rentals, extensions, and returnsย 
  • Provide outstanding customer serviceย 
  • Sales of protection plan, upgrades, and more.
  • Explain rental options, coverage plans, and additional products and servicesย 
  • Process rental agreements and payments accuratelyย 
  • Coordinate vehicle availability and scheduling with the operations teamย 
  • Perform vehicle inspections before and after rentals ensuring vehicles are clean and ready for the next customer
  • Maintain accurate records and update rental systemsย 
  • Support local business accounts and insurance replacement customersย 
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch environment

Requirements
