Day in Life:
The High-Volume Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for owning full-cycle recruiting execution while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. This role partners closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver high-quality hires aligned to business goals.
Success in this role is defined by the ability to drive requisition outcomes, influence hiring decisions, and consistently deliver a strong candidate and stakeholder experience while maintaining accountability to performance metrics.
Salary: $65,000/year + bonus and a company vehicle.
Location: This position is hybrid and can be based in the following cities: Chicago IL, Detroit MI, Minneapolis MN, Milwaukee WI, or Cleveland OH.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for 50+ requisitions, including high-volume and multi-headcount openings, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding, while delivering quality hires, maintaining hiring velocity, and ensuring exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, success criteria, interview processes, and hiring timelines while serving as a trusted advisor through market insights, talent intelligence, proactive communication, and consultative guidance to support informed hiring decisions and successful recruiting outcomes.
  • Leverage recruiting data and performance metrics to identify opportunities, improve results, and consistently achieve hiring goals.
  • Proactively source and engage talent through digital, social, referral, and direct sourcing strategies to build robust candidate pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring hiring needs, while monitoring funnel health, conversion rates, requisition aging, and hiring progress to reduce time-to-fill and optimize hiring outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records, candidate documentation, dispositioning, and reporting while ensuring compliance with recruiting policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and data integrity standards to support a seamless hiring process.

What We're Looking For:
  • 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume, field-based, or multi-site hiring environments.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition workload while meeting hiring goals and timelines.
  • Strong experience sourcing and building talent pipelines through diverse channels, including direct sourcing, referrals, social media, and networking.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build effective partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage recruiting metrics and market insights to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with urgency, adaptability, and accountability in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
