Managed Labor Solutions (MLS), a leading nationwide rental car outsourcing company, is looking for the next great leader as a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at our airport location.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead your team to ensure they complete daily tasks and are meeting performance standard levels
  • Provide training to new hires providing the necessary tools and information to foster success
  • Provide amazing service and professionalism to our customers
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures and help drive a safety focus
  • Represent the company values, vision and culture to all associates
  • Work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills
  • Follow direction of Management and able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for long periods at a time
  • Provide needed reports on performance targets and maintain the operation
  • Able to adapt to changing schedules and perform other job-related duties as required
